The Creative Catalyst Fellowship serves as a central platform for creatives to converge, and collaborate, using their creative talents to shape Sri Lanka’s future. Through their artistic medium, fellows will challenge norms, advocate for change, and drive innovation in both economic and social spheres. By fostering cross-generational and interdisciplinary collaboration, the program seeks to form a community of creative professionals capable of pioneering sustainable solutions to local challenges. Thematic cohorts offer tailored opportunities for fellows to contribute to dialogue and narratives that can positively affect the direction Sri Lanka will take going forward.
The fellowship is supported by the Promoting Positive Information (PRO-INFO) activity, funded by USAID/Sri Lanka through the Civil Society and Media Strengthening Together and Advancing in New Directions (CSM-STAND) mechanism, and implemented by IREX to support the transition of information and media environment in Sri Lanka to one that is more democratic and responsive to its citizens.
This year’s Creative Catalyst Fellowship (CCF) theme is Climate Positive! What impact does climate change have on our world and our lives, and what actions can we take in response to it? We are looking for creatives working and contributing to a climate positive world.
